Tantra Fitness, located in Southeast False Creek in Vancouver, offers a variety of exercise classes for women. I teach a weekly Boot Camp class there. Other offerings include Swiss ball classes, flexibility classes and different levels of pole dance training. The founder and owner, Tammy Morris, is an incredible woman! |
